Revelation 3:21: To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.

Jesus and His Word

That those who are conformed to Christ in his trials and victories shall be conformed to him in his glory; they shall sit down with him on his throne, on his throne of judgment at the end of the world, on his throne of glory to all eternity, shining in his beams by virtue of their union with him and relation to him, as the mystical body of which he is the head. 1

Jesus and His Ways

But Stephen, being full of the Holy Spirit, gazed into heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God, and said, “Look! I see the heavens opened and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God!” Acts 7:55–56

Jesus, thank You for making a way for me to join You as an overcomer. You overcame death. You rose from the dead. You are alive! You love me, and have knocked on my heart. You invited me to have fellowship with You on earth. And now You have prepared a place in heaven for me to fellowship with You for all eternity.

Teach me to abide with You. Teach me to live life with the very knowledge of being in Your presence. Teach me not to look around at the temporal, but to look upward, and see the glory of God in every situation.

Jesus and His Work

Because He overcame death, I do not have to be overcome by life. – TWEET IT

Jesus and His Promise

These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” John 16:33
