Godly Encouragement for Daily Living

A PROMISE

Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor,
and evil speaking
be put away from you,
with all malice.
And be kind to one another,
tenderhearted,
forgiving one another,
even as God in Christ forgave you.
Ephesians 4:31–32

A Prayer

Heavenly Father…
Thank You for correcting me.
You want to change me from the inside-out.
You redeemed my soul.
Now you want to redeem my emotions.
You want to redeem my attitude.
You want to redeem my speech.
Please sanctify my words.
Please sanctify my behavior.
Please sanctify thoughts.
Purify my intentions.
Make me a tenderhearted-forgiver.
In Jesus Name. Amen.
