That you put off,
concerning your former conduct,
the old man which grows corrupt
according to the deceitful lusts,
and be renewed in the spirit of your mind,
and that you put on the new man
which was created according to God,
in true righteousness and holiness

A Prayer
Heavenly Father…
Thank You for changing me.
I was headed in the wrong direction.
I was living for the thrills of this world.
I conducted myself in the ways of the godless.
But then You saved me.
You rescued me.
You redeemed me from the darkness.
You renewed my mind with the light of your Word.
You changed me, and You’re still changing me.
Your grace has flooded my soul.
Your righteousness and holiness surround me.
In Jesus Name. Amen.
