FAITH: Comes by Hearing the Word of God

Romans 8:27: Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

FAITH: Comes by Studying the Word of God

Today the Holy Spirit groans with us and feels the burdens of our weaknesses and suffering. But the Spirit does more than groan. He prays for us in His groaning so that we might be led into the will of God. We do not always know God’s will. We do not always know how to pray, but the Spirit intercedes so that we might live in the will of God in spite of suffering. The Spirit “shares the burden.” 1

FAITH: Comes by Obeying the Word of God

Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:12–13

God not only sees us in our weakness, but He also sees into our hearts and knows about all those personal struggles. He knows all about those unspoken hurts and sorrows. He knows the pain, disappointments, and discouragements. He knows about all those things deeply hidden in your soul. He knows. He sees. He cares. He wants to share His grace and mercy and love. He wants to forgive and restore and redirect your life under the influence of His Holy Spirit. Worship Him now. Receive His love for you.

FAITH: Comes by Praying with the Word of God

And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him. 1 John 5:15

Dear Father, I am asking for Your healing grace….in Jesus’ name. Amen.
