FAITH: Comes by Hearing the Word of God

Romans 5:1–2: Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

FAITH: Comes by Studying the Word of God

“Access” means that you and I have access to God in prayer. Today we as children of God have access to a heavenly Father who will listen to us here and who does answer our prayer. Now, that doesn’t mean He answers it the way you want it answered, but He always hears you, and sometimes He shows He is a good heavenly Father by saying no. He will answer according to His wisdom, not according to our will. You will notice that we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand. 1

FAITH: Comes by Obeying the Word of God

Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. Revelation 3:20

Jesus, thank You for leaving the glory of heaven to come to earth. Thank You for personally saving me in my wretched sin and rebellion. I am thankful that You returned to Your place of glory. Thank You for welcoming my visits to Your throne of grace. For the Eternal God is accessible and available at any moment to hear you and to help you. He will receive your praises and your prayers. He welcomes your continual fellowship as He awaits Your arrival with Him in glory! Seek Him now.

FAITH: Comes by Experiencing the Transforming Work of God

As His child, you have unlimited access into Your Father’s house.

FAITH: Comes by Praying with the Word of God

You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore. Psalm 16:11

Dear Father, I am overjoyed before Your throne of grace…in Jesus Name. Amen.
