FAITH: Comes by Hearing the Word of God

Romans 3:25: Whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed.

FAITH: Comes by Studying the Word of God

God is the sole architect of salvation, and He is the One today who is able to save. You and I cannot save; no religion can save; no church can save. He did it. Now, He is giving to us the ministry of reconciliation, and so all that the holy God is asking you and me to do today is to be reconciled to Him. You don’t have to do anything to soften God’s heart. My friend, God’s heart is already soft. All you have to do is come. He is reconciled to you. He says to you, “Be ye reconciled to God.” Christ has been “set forth”; that is, He has been exhibited or displayed. 1

FAITH: Comes by Obeying the Word of God

In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 1 John 4:10

Jesus, thank You for allowing me to experience Your never ending love. Thank You for the demonstration of Your love on the cross, while I was still sinning. Thank You for being the propitiation for all my sins. (That means that Jesus became the acceptable sacrifice for me.) Heaven received the shedding of His blood as the sacrificial offering in my place. His death completely satisfied all the requirements. Just as I received Your grace to be saved, I now receive Your grace to live wholeheartedly for Your glory.

FAITH: Comes by Experiencing the Transforming Work of God

He died for my life, because God is love.

FAITH: Comes by Praying with the Word of God

Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners. 1 Timothy 1:15

Dear Father, thank You for fulfilling Your saving mission trip…in Jesus Name. Amen.
