but by faith in Jesus Christ,
even we have believed in Christ Jesus,
that we might be justified by faith in Christ
and not by the works of the law;
for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.

A Prayer
Heavenly Father…
Thank You for sending Jesus to do
all the necessary work for my salvation.
Jesus was executed on a cross for me.
It was Jesus who satisfied the demands of the law for me.
The wages of sin is death, and I deserved to die.
But God, who is rich in mercy, gave His life for me.
Because of Your saving grace, I place my complete faith in You.
You have justified me from the demands of the law.
The law demanded my death.
But Your finished work on the cross satisfied that demand.
I will praise You for justifying me.
