Godly Encouragement for Daily Living

A PROMISE

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation;
old things have passed away;
behold, all things have become new.
Now all things are of God,
who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ,
and has given us the ministry of reconciliation,
that is, that God was in Christ
reconciling the world to Himself,
not imputing their trespasses to them,
and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.
2 Corinthians 5:17–19

A Prayer

Heavenly Father…
I am so thankful that You gave me a new start in life.
I am not a retread, but rather a new creation in Christ.
My past is forgotten, through the blood of Jesus.
I am presently fellowshipping in prayer with Jesus,
before His throne of grace.
My future will be filled with wonder, praise, and glory.
Thank You for Your reconciling love and grace poured out upon me.
Thank You for bringing no charges of sin against me.
Thank You for teaching me how to reconcile with others.
In Jesus Name. Amen.
