FAITH: Comes by Hearing the Word of God

Romans 1:3–4: Concerning His Son Jesus Christ our Lord, who was born of the seed of David according to the flesh, and declared to be the Son of God with power according to the Spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead.

FAITH: Comes by Studying the Word of God

His resurrection proves that He was accurate when He said, “… Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world” (John 8:23). The days of walking along the dusty roads of Israel are over now; He has come back from the dead in mighty power. His resurrection proves His virgin birth. He is the Son of God with power. 1

FAITH: Comes by Obeying the Word of God

Jesus said to them, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.” Then the Jews said, “It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and will You raise it up in three days?” But He was speaking of the temple of His body. John 2:18–21

Jesus, thank You for being all the proof I need to live a life of faith in You. I have celebrated Your arrival (Christmas) and Your departure (Easter) very year. But now You have invited me to celebrate a living faith in You everyday. A Spirit-filled life of holy living. A faith-filled life that experiences the resurrected power of Jesus.

FAITH: Comes by Experiencing the Transforming Work of God

In faith, follow the resurrected One with complete abandonment. – TWEET IT

FAITH: Comes by Praying with the Word of God

God was manifested in the flesh, Justified in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Preached among the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, Received up in glory. 1 Timothy 3:16

Dear Father, I am living for You now and will dwell with You for eternity. Please keep my mind and heart steadfast on You. I can’t do it without You…in Jesus’ name. Amen.
