Psalm 134: Behold, bless the Lord, all you servants of the Lord, who by night stand in the house of the Lord! Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the Lord. The Lord who made heaven and earth bless you from Zion!
Experiencing Jesus in the Psalms
The believer blesses God and, in turn, he is looking for the blessing of God to be upon his life. This is a great worship psalm and one that should be incorporated into our worship. Oh, my friend, let’s not be stiff and stilted when we worship our God. Let’s praise Him from our hearts. 1
Living the Transformed Life
Thus I will bless You while I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name. Psalm 63:4
- We bless the Lord, when we worship Him before the day begins: My soul waits for the Lord more than those who watch for the morning— Yes, more than those who watch for the morning. Psalm 130:6
- We bless the Lord, when we surrender in faith: I desire therefore that the men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without doubting; 1 Timothy 2:8
- We bless the Lord, when we seek His help: Our help is in the name of the Lord, Who made heaven and earth. Psalm 124:8
