A PROMISE
In Him you also trusted,
after you heard the word of truth,
the gospel of your salvation;
in whom also, having believed,
you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,
who is the guarantee of our inheritance
until the redemption of the purchased possession,
to the praise of His glory.

A Prayer
Heavenly Father…
Thank You for drawing me to Yourself.
Your gave me Your Word and I trusted You.
Your Word was the Bread of Life.
I knew the bad news, but You gave me the good news.
Your gospel truth was salvation to my soul.
I believed You, and You saved me.
You confirmed Your redeeming love by sealing me
with Your indwelling Holy Spirit, just like You promised.
Heaven is now my guaranteed inheritance.
You purchased me, by Your blood, for all eternity.
I will praise You today. I will praise You forever more.
