Jesus and His Word
“The faithful and true witness.” This reveals that the Lord Jesus Christ alone is the One who will reveal all and tell all. This is the day when it is very difficult to hear the truth. We certainly don’t get it through the news media or from the government. Both our educational institutions and the military are great brain–washing institutions. Whom can you believe? Well, there is One who is the faithful and true witness even in the days of apostasy. 1
Jesus and His Ways
- Jesus, please teach me how to be a faithful and true witness, for Your glory. – “Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war.” Revelation 19:11
- Jesus, thank You for always being faithful, even when an unbelieving fool chooses to mock You. I am thankful that no personal opinion can change the truth about God. – “For what if some did not believe? Will their unbelief make the faithfulness of God without effect? Certainly not! Indeed, let God be true but every man a liar.” Romans 3:3–4
- Jesus, thank You for being all the truth I need. May I feast upon Your word. -“The Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.” John 14:17
