Matthew 24:26–28: “Therefore if they say to you, ‘Look, He is in the desert!’ do not go out; or ‘Look, He is in the inner rooms!’ do not believe it. For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For wherever the carcass is, there the eagles will be gathered together.

When He comes, there will not be any John the Baptist to announce Him. But when He comes, the whole world will know and it will be as public as lightning. The Lord’s second coming to the earth will be like that. No one will need to announce it. When our Lord comes the second time to establish His Kingdom on earth, everyone will know He is coming. Remember that His second coming to earth does not refer to the Rapture. 1

Your Word is Truth

He will light up the sky as we follow with Him from the glory of heaven to His new kingdom on earth. Just think of being able to return with Him, our King of Kings and our Lord of Lords. Today Jesus wants us to be the light of the world. How do you light up your world with the joy of the Lord? Maybe its time to start entering into each day by saying: “The joy of the Lord is my strength.” Or maybe you should repeat often each day His promise to you: “If the Lord is for me, who can be against me!”

“But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner’s fire And like launderers’ soap. –Malachi 3:2

Your Will be Done

Lord, our future is very beautiful to behold. Thank You so much!
